One of the foundations is a Public Use Focus Foundation (in Dutch: ANBI).
This Foundation initiates the creation and the Management & Control of a (innovative-interactive-internet)
TV station for the United Nations.
The other Foundation, named Casting International-Expeditions (CI-E), organizes (film-shooting) expeditions Worldwide.

In the financial year 2017/2018 the sole proprietorship CISU transforms into a Ltd. company;
at the same time as the establishment of the Holding Company So speak!... Ltd, and the Casting International Ltd, and 2 Foundations.
The following is an outline of the position which the company ‘Casting International Second Unit (CISU) Ltd’ takes over in a period of 5 years.
The enterprise is structurally well prepared for such "a ride":
The company is in a growth situation; not in a change situation
The organization* is in an advanced blueprint stage, running through continuous procedures, for: research and development*, testing of products, and the (internal) staff training with their own step-plans, standardizations and policy nota documents.
The first phase over the coming year is a start-through of the pioneers phase.
This means an autocratic leadership, direct communication in the organization line, flexible arrangement despite the many standards and policy documents, and contacts with investors.
2 teams are to train together; 1 crewteam and 1 staffteam.
The total organization goes after an ½ - ¾ years later into the differentiation phase.
This means: more democratic leadership, slightly longer communication channels, a more task-oriented line staff organization in which the work style is more regulated.
More teams are training together.
The financial gains for CISU Ltd come mainly from the
technical profit distribution keys.
All rights arising from the projects, productions, and services deliveries are transferred from the Holding to the Foundation CI-E, which treats them as described in the general terms and conditions.
Education and training start as a practice internship in combination with theoretical knowledge to learn at home as work.
Its competency-based training courses (tailor made to the person and oriented on the function-practically) for up to 1 platoon (3 x crew teams and 1 x staff crew team) per shift, takes place the first year on the secretariat of CISU in Amsterdam.
Later, during the differentiation phase, the trainings are in Germany.
Recruitment, selection, (work)contracts, teamformation and team building, as well as the training contents are standardized.
For training courses and outdoor trainings, special syllabi* are developed.
The internal training courses last at least 3 months, up to 6 months.
After their internal training, crewteams become operational* within CISU Ltd, and staffteams become operational* within CI Ltd, or possibly within 1 of the other subsidiaries of the Holding company So speak! ... Ltd.
After training with a result of 8 or more (scale 0-10), firstly flex labor contracts will be offered.
Sales- / account managers are staff or crew members, they work within the production:
They serve to communicate / transfer images*, showing how brands/advertisers/sponsors can "surf" on the high ratings that be achieved with the Audio-Visual products, as for example ‘Reco(nstructions)', or 'International Researches*', or 'Rubbernecking Immaterial Commercials*'.
This is done by integrating a standardized thinking, delegation- and control account management-system during the phases of the pre-production, production and post production.
Operational pré-production producers, project coordinators, executive staffmembers and production (crew) teams have contractual right to a rank and the corresponding salaries and expenses, as well as at some team-share percentage of profit of a project through the priority shares portfolio of Casting International and/or Second Unit, depending of function.
